The very popular Community Bowls is run on Wednesday nights in the summer time.
First year novice full members of the club are eligible to play Community Bowls (1 player/team). You can have great fun helping out. Coaching non-players with the fundamentals, selling drinks greenside, sizzling sausages. If you are present you could get a game filling in if someone doesn’t turn up. First year bowlers can play with the committee approval, as can Social Members and Restrictive members, who don’t need the approval.
The event runs for a 6 week period before Christmas and 6 weeks after Christmas.
