There were 24 Vets competing for the title in the events first year back after a lapse of a couple of years. All games were played in good spirit and some great bowls were played over the course of the two day event. At the end of the first day there were 8 remaining who continued on to the semis and then the finals.
The main event was played between Gary Giblett and Preston Cain with Gary coming out on top to take the Super Vet title for 2024.
The Plate was contested by Bill Cream and Ted Pelusey with Bill getting up to win.
